We have each experienced so much loss of various types this past year: certainly, deaths causing immense grief and pain, but also other losses – not seeing our children/grandchildren for months, missing human touch, the hugs, the hand-holding, missing regular life at work or at school, missing gatherings… the list is long!

What do we do with the grief we feel?

Please join us for a series of four sessions, each one hour in length, to help and support one another through this tough time.
